Our new wee friend the pheasant who has come to visit us every day this week.

The children have been enjoying experimenting with different materials during break times to make dens. As well as developing their skills in many areas it is also developing their social skills, the children in the picture range from P1-P7. 

Today our Newmore Team have headed through to Inver for round 5 of the Active School’s Cross Country series.  This is a super event to be part of with over 100 children participating in each race.

Mr Darcy and Buddy from the NSPCC came to talk to us this morning about how to “Speak Out and Stay Safe.”

Tonight we held a beetle drive and bingo fundraiser for Newmore/Milton JRock. It was a super night, thank you to everyone who helped from the raffle prizes, to the baking and our super staff for preparing and hosting. Special mention and thanks to: The Shandwick, Rashos, Diane Ross (Photoshoot) and Cake Rocks for the prize donations. We raised a great amount…£356!!!

Outdoor learning at its best! Lots of technology and team building at work today in our playground.

Our school BLOG has been VERY quiet as of late however, we are having a wee revamp and update and will be using the School Blog to share what we have been getting up to.

Each pupil has an individual profile on Seesaw where personalised work and communication is uploaded for parents only. Seesaw will still be the main place for this.
